I've shipped a lot of vehicles but this was my first tractor; which presented its own challenges. Their website said worry free transport and that's exactly what I experienced. No issues whatsoever. Ben answered the phone each time I called. From my initial information request, to booking, and even after delivery they had amazing communication! No automated menus to go through; just old-fashioned customer service talking to another human being on the phone. They notified me when it was going to be picked up, then notified me the next day when the tractor was actually on the trailer, and did not give me any issues about changing the delivery address at the last minute.
